12.5 billion HUF worth food industrial investment in Mélykút
The Hunent Zrt. is building a new waterfowl processing plant in Mélykút County Kiskun county. The investment of approximately 12.5 billion HUF will also create 350 new jobs – the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Economic Relations announced in Budapest on Monday.

Szijjártó Péter added that the government will provide 4.4 billion HUF, for the European high-tech, green-field investment.
According to the minister the competition is increasing at the international food market, and in Hungary a well-focused strategy should be implemented, concentrating on premium quality. (MTI)
