Hungarian poultry can be exported to China again
China has lifted the veto against avian influenza in Hungary, which is good news for all Hungarian poultry breeders, as it will be possible to export to China – Nagy István, Minister of Agriculture told MTI after the measure was formally published in the Chinese Gazette.
The measure focuses primarily on fowl birds, but they work on how to extend it to other poultry, he said.
As a member of the Prime Minister’s Delegation negotiating in China, the agrarian minister explained that Chinese experts are auditing the companies, exporters are getting permission, and trade can be smoothly started thereafter. (MTI)
