Harvest began earlier in the Szekszárd wine region
Harvesting in the Szekszárd wine region started about 1.5 – 2 weeks earlier. Producers expect better than average vintage both in quantity and quality and higher buying-in prices – the chairman of the Szekszárd Wine Region Council told MTI.
Bősz Adrián reported that on 3 August the harvest of the Irsai Olivér grape variety has begun. According to the first study, the early grape variety has a stum degree of 18-19, and acid content of 6.5 – he added. (MTI)
