Carpathian Basin village economist program to be started
The government has adopted the Carpathian Basin village economist program, which will increase the number of village economists in the Carpathian Basin from 41 to 100, the Minister of Agriculture announced on Tuesday in Budapest.
Fazekas Sándor at the 6th Carpathian Basin Co-operation Forum, where representatives of cross-border hosts met with their counterparts in the country, said: The Ministry of Agriculture (FM) considers it an utmost importance to support cooperation between Hungarian and crossborder Hungarian farmers, as well as networking and knowledge transfer.
