The country’s largest chocolate fountain was built in Szeged
The country’s largest chocolate fountain was built for the sixth time at the Szeged Chocolate Festival, which began on Friday.
Sebestyén István, President of the Hungarian Records Association, said on the spot that the special structure is Hungary’s largest chocolate fountain.
The 4.5-meter-high fountain was filled with Belgian chocolates of almost 350 kilograms. There are four pumps to move the liquid chocolate and 120 meters of heaters for the warmth. The chocolate should be kept at a constant temperature of 45 degrees, because when it cools down it congeals if it is overheated it burns.
