The agricultural chambers of the Visegrád countries discussed the future of the common agricultural policy in Veszprém
The future of the Common Agricultural Policy was discussed at the 71st Veszprém Meeting of the Chambers of Agriculture of the Visegrád Countries (V4). At the two-day meeting the increase in the proportion of bio-components in the fuel was also discussed.
Győrffy Balázs, President of the National Chamber of Agricultural Economics at the press conference in Veszprém on the first day of the meeting said was that the leaders of 31 biofuel producers of Eastern Central Europe took part at the event. In their opinion, the oil demand in the region could reduced by billions of liters a year, and it would reduce the dependence on imported GMOs with GMO-free by-products made during the procedure.
