Zwack 378 million HUF after-tax profit in the first quarter

The Zwack Unicum Nyrt. in the first quarter of its 2012-2013 business year reached 378 million HUF after-tax profits, 184 million HUF lower, than a year earlier – the company told in its interim management report published on the website of BÉT.

On the basis of the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) Zwack reached a gross revenue of 4.865 billion HUF in the first quarter, which is 7.7 percent below the revenue of the base period.

According to the report, in the first quarter of the fiscal year (from April 1 until June 30, 2012) net sales were 2.991 billion HUF, 6.0 percent lower than the base.

Operating income in the first quarter was 417 million HUF, 33.6 percent (211 million HUF) lower than the data of last fiscal year's first quarter. (MTI)
