Borsodi Brewery is the Best Employer for the Fourth Time in a Row

After 2023, 2024 and 2025, Borsodi Brewery won the Best Employer certification in Hungary again this year, and Molson Coors won the Best Employer title in Europe. The award, founded by the Top Employers Institute, aims to recognize and widely publicize excellent treatment of employees and good practices.

The acquisition of the Top Employer certificate is preceded by a screening process lasting several months, during which the performance and practices of the companies are examined in six areas (strategic management, organizational formation, talent attraction, competence development, strengthening employee commitment and community building). In this year’s survey, Borsodi Brewery was able to improve on its results achieved in five areas compared to the previous year, and in 15 of the 20 categories examined, it achieved a higher score than the average of the awarded Hungarian companies.

This year, nearly 2,500 companies from more than 130 countries around the world, including Borsodi Brewery, won the Best Employer award.
