Zsindelyes Pálinka Distillery: demand increases towards cheaper drinks
This year, the sales share of the cheaper-priced alcoholic beverages rose, contrary to the sales of premium products at the Érpatak-based Zsindelyes Pálinkafőzde Kft. (Zsindelyes Pálinka Distillery Ltd.) – Papp József, the company's managing director and owner told MTI on Monday.
Papp József said that the sales of pálinka remained unchanged, compared to last year, but the sales share of cheaper-priced alcoholic beverages increased at expense of the sales of the Top Classed premium products. The rate is currently 60 to 40 percent, while the opposite would be desirable – Papp József added. (MTI)
