Black economy has a 40 percent proportion in the vegetable and fruit sector. The Marketing Board believes that the primary production system is obsolete and would be better to introduce registration.

 The sales volume of vegetables and fruits in the gray and black zones will increase further, due to the crisis. Problems of the sector's sales comes from the lack of assets, lack of rules, and the black economy which rules 40 percent of the sector. Some crops are in surplus some are in deficit in the same market, because noone knows where, what kind of crops grow. The Marketing Board is now preparing a database of its members of their farming structure. Traditionally, the problem is around the growing of the cherries, apples, and melon, which is a risk of foreign orders. Because of this reason, 15 mainly for export sales trader around Medgyesegyháza established the Association of Public Service Association. The association's founders wants to take on against black economy.
