Multinational companies that work with the best marketing experts and the most creative advertising agencies usually build long-term communication strategies. For instance, McDonald’s thrives to prove that the food they sell has nothing to do with obesity, but they also have time for proving that they do something for the environment. In a new McDonald’s unit in North Carolina, they offer free battery recharge for electric cars and hybrids. Now they plan to do the same in several units in Sweden. In the North Carolina restaurant, everything is recycled or was made according to the newest environmental standards.
