Greener cola production facility with Siemens solutions
The Coca-Cola factory in Austria had partnered with Siemens to install an energy management system, called Simatic Energy Manager Pro, which greatly contributed to the reduction of the factory’s energy expenses. Water consumption decreased and the amount of loss has also reduced. In comparison with 2010, the amount of carbon dioxide used for producing one litre of soft drink reduced by 50% to 17.5g by 2019.
