EMPERIA allowed to take controlling stake in Lewiatan
Emperia Holding, one of the largest wholesale companies in Poland, has received the green light from the antitrust authorities for the takeover of a controlling stake in Lewiatan.
Emperia Reveals FY Forecasts
Supermarket chain operator Emperia Holding has announced that it
expects to report a profit of ZL100m in 2008, on sales of ZL6.0bn. It
also said it expects to spend ZL200m during the year, but noted that
this will not include a takeover of state-controlled newsstand
operator Ruch.
