The range of the Hungarian Quality Product Award will be expanded with Green walnuts

Our grandmothers still knew that nuts are healthy and delicious even when they are green. They found out a recipe where the green nuts turn black and anyone can eat it. The Tranzit-Ker Zrt. and the and the associated development team, the Tranzit Dió Kft. recognized this knowledge.

The newest product of the Tranzit Group is the GOLDEN FOOD Green walnuts in syrup, which won the OMÉK Product Award in 2011 and having been awarded in 2012 with the Hungarian Quality Product Award.

In addition that green walnuts have many physiological benefits they are true culinary delights. Our ancestors used their potions for medication. It has highs vitamin C, tannin and iron content so it helps in reducing inflammation, it has liver, blood, stomach cleansing effect and it proves as an excellent fungicide.
