Organic wines

British supermarket chain Waitrose sells Virtue wines, which come from Chile in 24,000-litre eco-tanks and is bottled in the UK. One tank of wine is enough for 32,000 bottles and with this practice, Waitrose spares our planet the environmental burden of transporting 16 tons of glass – not to mention that 60 percent of the glass used for bottling is recycled.
