Yettel: New, flexible business tariff family and digital app for SMEs – adapted to the changing economic environment

Hungarian small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) account for 65% of domestic employment and, according to estimates, contribute 50-55% to domestic GDP production, while cost efficiency and flexibility have become key factors for companies in the constantly changing economic environment. Yettel’s latest developments, just announced, respond to exactly these needs: the Yettel Business ReFlex tariff family, which offers no loyalty but favorable terms, is being launched, as well as the Yettel Business mobile application, which takes the business customer experience to a whole new level through business functions that can be managed from your mobile.
Flexible tariff, without a loyalty period, yet with favorable terms
The essence of Yettel Business ReFlex tariffs is that they can be adapted to the needs of businesses without committing to a mandatory loyalty period: there is no mandatory 2-year loyalty period, yet favorable prices and terms are available, and you can freely switch between tariff packages with greater or lesser content, even monthly. This way, companies can quickly respond to market changes and their expanding or decreasing telecommunications needs. The loyalty-free offers also come with a monthly refund, which the business can use either to purchase devices, accessories or as an account credit – or even combined for a larger phone purchase.
Yettel Business app: digital customer experience, everything in one place
The new Yettel Business app is designed specifically for the company’s small and medium-sized business customers, a unique development in domestic mobile communications. The application essentially aims to provide the same digital experience that the Yepp tariff offers to residential customers: convenient and flexible administration, cost control and discount validation available through a single application. In the Yettel Business app, customers can independently manage their subscriptions, modify their tariffs, and order extra services depending on whether the business’s demand for telecommunications services increases or decreases. Transactions are completed immediately, there is no need to visit a Yettel store to complete them. The platform is constantly expanding, with new useful functions and options based on customer feedback.
