Worse than expected consumer sentiment in the United States
The consumer sentiment in the United States was weaker than expected in October compared to the preliminary expectations, but improved in comparison with September.
According to the final monthly survey of the University of Michigan, the consumer sentiment index decreased to 100.7 points in October from the expected 101.1 points, but it has become much better than the 95.1 points of September. (MTI)
