Hungerit won WorldStar award
The company got the pre-eminent international award in packaging for its Valdor poultries Darfresh packaging.
Hungerit uses Darfresh technology of
Sealed Air since 2007. The Hungerit Valdor poultry brand is one of
the strongest in Hungary, so they wanted a high-tech packaging
solution to create a breezy, modern image for their new “spicy”
range. Cryovac® Darfresh®, with its second-skin product
presentation and unique printing solutions, meets the brief as well
as delivering a secure, easy-open pack with a prolonged shelf life
and the optional added bonus of vertical display.
WorldStar
illustrates the continual advancement of the state of our packaging
art and creates a living standard of international packaging
excellence from which others may learn.
WorldStars are presented only to those
packages which, having already won recognition in a national
competition (Valdor got it this year at Hungaropack), are compared by
an expert panel of judges to similar packages from around the world.
Awards are based on the judges' consensus that a package is superior
in its own right, and better in its class in execution or innovation
by comparison.
