Workania: fewer workers will receive the 13th monthly wage this year
This year, about one-fifth fewer employees, 14 percent of the employees will receive 13th monthly allowance, an average of 239,300 forints, which is a 12 percent increase compared to previous year's allocation – shows the latest survey of fizetesek.hu of Workania job portal.
The amount and rate of the 13th monthly wages proportionally increases by going upwards the corporate hierarchy. While 6 percent of the unskilled workers receives an average of 71,000 forints at the end of the year, the quarter of the senior managers about ten times more – an average of 700,000 forints.
The survey shows that in many positions workers' do not receive 13th monthly wages, such as the carpenters, butchers, confectioners, gardeners, gas station workers, or tour guides – reports MTI.
