The Workania, in its communication sent to MTI, highlights that by studying the position levels, unskilled workers are in the worst situation. 52 percent of them did not receive any compensation in addition to salary, while this proportion at top managers is 13 percent. A slight improvement occurred at both levels, compared to the previous year. In 2012, this ratio at unskilled workers was 55 percent and at top managers 16 percent. (MTI)
