Workania: two-thirds of the workers are paid below the national average
Two-thirds of the workers earn a gross 190 thousand HUF a month, 18 percent less, than the national gross average of 225 thousand HUF – fizetesek.hu’s latest survey reveals.
The Workania jobs portal, the operator of fizetesek.hu emphasizes in its communication sent to MTI, that the staff of the portal compared the payment averages with the values of median: whereas the average payment shows a distorted picture of the labor market, the latter shows the true average value of the salaries, because it measures the wage dispersions more accurately.
