The Waberer’s would spend 32 million euros on the acquisition of the Link Carrier Company
From the stock sales (190 million euros) of the Waberer’s International Zrt., about 32 million euros will be spent on the acquisition of the Polish Link Carrier Company, while the remaining amount will be spent on corporate and FDI investments, Lajkó Ferenc, CEO of the Waberer’s International Zrt. said at a press conference In Budapest.
Cselovszki Róbert, Chief Executive Officer of the Erste Befektetési Zrt., said that the shares could be subscribed between 19 and 29 June, between 5,100 and 3,600 HUF.
Végh Richárd, CEO of the Budapest Stock Exchange (BÉT) emphasized that the shares of the company are expected to be included into the premium category of the stock exchange on 6 July. (MTI)
