VOSZ: the shopping habits of Hungarians are changing
The spread of online shopping is transforming the purchasing habits of one or two monthly bulk purchases in Hungary over the last 20-25 years – the president of the National Association of Entrepreneurs and Employers (VOSZ) told M1 news channel on Thursday.
Krisán László added that online shopping is growing at double-digit rates each year, while hypermarkets are growing by only 0.5-1 percent annually.
More and more people are choosing smaller, so-called convenience stores, for which personal contact is the primary reason – he pointed out. (MTI)
