Vámos György, secretary general of the National Retail Federation told Magyar Idők that on the basis of the data of the Central Statistical Office (KSH), foreign visitors during one day purchasing trips spent 132.8 billion HUF last year in Hungary and the guests staying for several days also spent a further one billion HUF at Hungarian retailers.
