Von der Leyen needs clearer, more predictable travel regulations in the EU
There is a need for clearer, more predictable regulation in the European Union for all measures that restrict freedom of movement in the Member States due to the spread of the coronavirus pandemic, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said in a press release.
She emphasized that the Brussels Committee was proposing a common approach to the Member States in this area, because it was necessary to provide predictability for citizens traveling within the Union, for whom it was not clear in which state what rules were in force. (MTI)
