VM: livestock output increased
Last year, the output of live animals and animal products amounted to 762 billion HUF, 8 percent more than in 2011.
In 2012, the share of agriculture was 35.1 percent of the total gross production – Czerván György, Minister of State, responsible for agriculure told at the Thursday at the general meeting of the Livestock and Meat Interprofessional Organization and Marketing Board.
According to the notice of the Ministry of Rural Development, sent to MTI, the Misnister of State in his speech emphasized, that despite the fact that the weather had been extreme in the past few years, the performance of agriculture became better. In 2012, the agricultural export sales exceeded 8 billion euros. (MTI)
