VM: there is no African swine fever epidemic in Hungary
Currently there is no African swine fever epidemic in Hungary and the authorities are doing everything they can to keep the epidemic away – Kardeván Endre, chief veterinarian and Minister of State of the Ministry of Rural Development (VM), responsible for food chain surveillance and agri management told at a conference on Wednesday.
The ministry’s release reminds that the Hungarian government has ordered the disinfection of the incoming trucks and other vehicles at the Ukrainian-Hungarian border, in order to prevent from the spread of the African swine fever (ASF) virus. (MTI)
