VM: watermelon promotion again this year

As the result of the process began three years ago the watermelon promotion continues this year – Budai Gyula, Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs of Ministry of Rural Development (VM) announced at the consultation held in Budapest on Thursday.

The most important goal of the cooperation is to provide guaranteed high-quality domestic watermelons to the Hungarian customers. The melon growers, the professional and advocacy organizations, and representatives of the major supermarket chains were discussing with the ministerial experts – Budai Gyula – in order how to promote the Hungarian watermelons more  effective.
