VM: the pig welfare support to be increased to 8.5 billion HUF
The pig welfare support will be increased significantly, to 8.5 billion HUF – Czerván György, Minister of State responsible for agri-management announced at the official opening of the 7th Mangalitsa Festival on Saturday in Budapest.
The Minister of State of the Ministry of Rural Development (VM) responsible for agri-management at the event recalled that the pig welfare support in 2010 was only 6 billion HUF. This amount was increased by the Ministry to 7.2 billion HUF in 2012, having regard to the dry weather. (MTI)
