The European Green Office will be opened in Hungary by the Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI). The cooperation agreement will be signed by Kaderják Péter, Minister of State of the Ministry of Innovation and Technology (ITM) and Frank Rijsberman, Director General of the European Office of GGGI at the World Water Summit in Budapest.

Hungary joined the Institute in 2016 and the office will be relocated from London to Budapest.

Kaderják Péter told reporters after the signing that GGGI’s goal is to promote green, so-called green-based economic development in the world, along with climate protection, and to work closely with developed and developing countries in this area. (MTI)
