KEH Director: The water crisis has begun
The water crisis has begun; “A new world order is underway in which the unsustainable use of natural resources, including water has a great importance,” – Kőrösi Csaba, head of the Environmental Sustainability Directorate told M1 news channel on Thursday evening.
A water crisis can also mean too much or too little water, floods or droughts and water pollution. The cause of the water crisis is population growth and the accompanying economic expansion, as well as climate change. As a result, water use is becoming extreme, but “nature is kicking back,” the expert warned. (MTI)
