The nation's top pálinka was put into a showcase
The winner of the 19th Hungarian National Pálinka and Törkölypálinka International Fruit and Distillate Competition the plum pálinka of the Distillery of Agárd was put into showcase ceremonially in the Agricultural Museum on Tuesday.

Panyik Gáborné competition director, adjunct at Corvinus University told that on the competition held in April in Gyula, a total of 791 samples were received not only from Hungary, but also from Slovakia, the Czech Republic, from Romania and even from Armenia. Eighty-six gold medals were handed over, of whom twenty-champion status. The jury chose the best from the latter, the plum pálinka of the Distillery of Agárd – reports MTI.
