Vitaliano Torno is O-I Europe’s new managing director

Owens-Illinois Inc., the world’s biggest container glass manufacturer put Vitaliano Torno in the managing director’s seat for Europe. Mr Torno has been serving O-I since 1990, having worked as director of operations in Central Europe (Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary) until the early 2000s. From 2004 he was O-I Europe’s vice president responsible for sales and corporate development.
