The Hajdú Gabona Zrt. sued back its illegally taken brand name and emblem in Romania
The Debrecen-based Hajdú Gabona Zrt. sued successfully back its illegally taken brand name and emblem in Romania. The company sells about half of its goods in Romania, mainly in Transylvania.
The outcome of the legal dispute was told MTI on Friday by Lakatos Zoltán, President and CEO. He said that their company has been present in the Romanian market for more than twenty years, where they sell flour in a value of 3.5-4 billion forints annually. (MTI)
