A decline occured in retail sales in Slovakia
Retail sales in Slovakia declined by 4 percent in last December on an annual basis – shows the analysis of UniCredit Bank, which was sent to MTI on Tuesday
Retail sales decline could be detected throughout the year and became very intense in the last month of 2012, when decline was a monthly 0.7 percent – states the analysis, referring to the datas of the Slovak Statistical Office. The analysis also points out that the decline rate of sales was almost double, compared to the previous year's 2.2 percent. (Starovic Tibor, MTI)
