Retail sales declined in the Czech Republic
In March, retail sales fell by 0.3 percent in the Czech Republic, compared to the datas of the previous year – the Czech Statistical Office announced on Monday.
In February, increase was 1.6 percent. The poor results of March are mainly due to the fewer working days and a decline in car sales. In March only the sales of manufactured goods increased. The working-day adjusted calculation shows a 1.5 percent annual increase.
