Force majeure announcement from beekeepers?

This year’s extreme weather conditions and especially the cyclone Yvette in May seriously damaged bee families in Hungary. This is the reason why the Ministry of Agriculture offers beekeepers the opportunity to make a force majeure announcement. This can be done before 18 November 2014.
