Csopak and Hévíz applies for Floral Prize

The jury of the European Floral Cities and Villages visited Hungary in the first half of the month. The professionals visited the two top rated predecessors of the 2012 Floral Hungary competition: Csopak and Hévíz. Csopak reached the first place among villages, Hévíz reached the first place among cities.

The international experts not only deal with the number of flowers in the settlements lies beside the Lake Balaton. They take waste management in municipalities into account as well as how, much emphasis is given to the environment in everyday life and in education. (mmonline.hu)
