VinAgora International Wine Competition: 560 entries
Once again, a great interest follewed the International VinAgora Wine Challenge. Hungary's only internationally accredited wine competition received 560 entries this year from 19 countries. Australia, Bolivia, Brazil, France, Japan, Lebanon, New Zealand, Spain, Portugal, Uruguay are also included among the countries.
The wine competition is held in Budapest again this year between 14 – 16 June, where recognized experts of 16 countries will gather to taste and judge the best items. Everyone can judge up to 35-40 different wines daily, according to the international standards. The restriction in judging is necessary to carry out a quality work. The competition takes place as a closed professional event.
The wine-loving public can meet with the wines at the VinAgora Wine gala on 29 June at the Boscolo Conference Center in Budapest, where in addition to the tasting of 560 types of wines lectures will be held on the hams of the world as well as the visitors can partricipate in an interactive game.
