Hungarian event planning company realizes world-class mega production
A five-hour Depeche Mode concert is being staged by a Hungarian event planning company, Friends Club Hungary, who have invited Hungarian artists such as Gigi Radics, Anna Pásztor, Lotfi Begi, the Hungarian National Male Choir, and the Hungarian Studio Orchestra symphony orchestra to the production. The 101 HANG concert on November 27 is continuously joined by other renowned artists who are jointly realizing the 10-year dream of the 3-member company.
The event planning garage company was founded in 2011 with 3 members. It has now grown into a billion-dollar business, with clients such as JTI Hungary, Budapest Airport, Alfa, Generali, NN, MOB, and Ringier.
The founders of Friends: György Sallai, Balázs Petke and Dániel Szabó decided in 2025 to realize a dream they had cherished for 10 years and bring the songs of their favorite band, Depeche Mode, to the MVM Dome stage under the title 101 HANG, performed by Hungarian artists such as Gigi Radics, Anna Pásztor, Begi Lotfi, Zsiga Bernathy, the Hungarian National Male Choir, the Hungarian Studio Orchestra symphony and other renowned artists.
Rehearsals have already begun, where 101 artists, 101 voices pay tribute to the iconic band and its timeless work. Enjoy the Silence, Wrong, Strangelove, Walking in My Shoes and many other cult songs will be performed with the participation of the 50-piece symphony orchestra and the 45-piece Hungarian National Male Choir.
