Tourism grew by 4 percent in 2019 worldwide
According to expectations published early last year worldwide tourism grew by 4 percent in 2019 – the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) announced in an annual report in Madrid on Monday.
Sandra Carvao, the organization’s chief information officer for market information and competitiveness, said at a press conference that internationally, the number of travelers increased by 54 million last year to 1.5 billion. (MTI)
