Multigenerational workplaces are becoming popular all over the world
According to the Randstad Workmonitor report about the 2nd quarter of the year, multigenerational workplaces are popular worldwide. This is also true for Hungary, as 4 from 5 respondents work in a multigenerational environment, and they would choose to do so even if they weren’t.
Marketing manager Ágnes Szokody told: based on the answers, one of the reasons for this is that the ideas and problem solving skills of multigenerational teams are much more diverse and special, from which both the company and the team spirit can profit. The report has also pointed out that nearly three quarters of respondents would choose a superordinate who is the same age as them or older. In the region it is in Hungary that workers attach the greatest significance to age.
