Change of leadership at the top of the Foxpost parcel delivery service
Following the sale of the Foxpost parcel delivery service last year, the company’s two founders, CEO Ádám Bengyel and Commercial Director Péter Lányfalvi, are leaving; Zoltán Radeczy, acting CEO of Packeta Hungary, will take over the management of the company.
According to the announcement, the integration of Foxpost and Packeta is expected to be completed in the fall, resulting in the creation of Hungary’s largest parcel collection point network.
Foxpost’s Hungarian owners, the Wallis Group and Trueway (formerly Finext), sold the company to a consortium of financial investors that also owns the Czech parcel delivery service Packeta in June last year, which was approved by the competition authority a few months later.
