Gabonakutató Nonprofit Kft. a builds seed plant in Szeged
The Szeged-based Gabonakutató Nonprofit Kft. (Grain Research Nonprofit Ltd.) is building a seed plant with an investment of 300 million forints. Thanks to the development, the export of the company could increase five-fold in ten years – the Minister of Agriculture said Tuesday in Szeged.
At a press conference held before the foundation stone of the plant, Nagy István said: “Seed is the top product of Hungarian agriculture, a product that contains all our traditions, experiences and knowledge we can be proud of.” (MTI)
