Beekeepers are in big trouble this year
The wintry weather of the past few days, the frosts in the morning and the cold days not only made the nightmare of fruit growers a reality, but also put Hungarian beekeepers in a near-hopeless situation. Péter Bross, president of the National Hungarian Beekeeping Association (OMME), said in a question about the Agricultural Sector that hungarian beekeepers are again very bitter after last year’s disastrous year, because so far the year has been extremely unfavourable to them.
