According to the Wednesday published analysis of the Ministry of National Economy; in the last 10 years first slowed, then stopped the country’s catching up to the EU average.

In the last 10 years, Hungary's competitiveness deteriorated – shows the analysis of the Ministry of National Economy. The ministry analyses the competitiveness of theHungarian economy since last October.

On the basis of the international competitiveness rankings: in the ranking of the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) Hungary is currently stands on the 42nd on the list, stands on the 52nd in the ranking of the World Economic Forum ranking, and 46th on the World Bank's Doing Business ranking – reports origo.hu.
