The competition commissioner named the last condition of the giant fusion

Margrethe Vestager EU Competition Commissioner sees only one issue to be clarified before the Bayer-Monsanto fusion, and this is about future digital developments – agrarszektor.hu wrote. Bayern made a generous offer.

Margrethe Vestager can still put across on Bayer’s calculations, but in practice, less than one percent of the company fusion requests have been rejected by reference to competition concerns.
