Trade competitions

A confectionery product competition will be part of the programme at the BaGaTech 2016 trade show. Organised by the Guild of Hungarian Confectioners and named after János Pataki (the guild’s president who passed away in 2014), the competition will be held in the adult and youth categories, in cake decoration and artistic confectionery.
