Joint venture established by Coca-Cola and Illycafé

The Coca-Cola Company and Illycafè SpA have signed a letter of intent about establishing a joint venture for the production of premium quality ready-to-drink coffee. Global sales of RTD coffee amount to nearly USD 10 billion and show annual growth of 10,1 per cent.
