Shopping tourism in Hungary shows a mixed picture
The shopping-tourism in the counties near the border showed a mixed picture over the past few weeks.
The foreigners and Hungarians mainly go shopping to the other side of the border in case of particular discount actions, while the fuel tourism is more sensitive to the exchange rate changes of the forint.
Also a reduction occurred in fuel smuggling: the number of such violations decrease from year to year – reports MTI.
